Adam Woźniak

Chef in the Mercato restaurant of Hilton hotel in Gdańsk. He polished his culinary skills in many foreign restaurants - i.e.: in Great Britain, where he was a Chef de Partie in Marston Hotel’s restaurant, and later on he took a position of a chef in a newly opened St George & Dragon. After his return to Poland he became a sous chef in a five-star Sheraton Hotel’s restaurant in Sopot.
