Zuzanna Skalska

Born in Warsaw, Poland has been living in The Netherlands since 1991. After the graduation in 1998, Zuzanna began her career as a Sensorial Trend Analyst at Philips Design. In 2001, she joined VanBerlo - design consultancy, where she was full-time Senior Consultant Trend Analyst for wide scope industrial design and products innovation.

Since 2007, Skalska operates under the 360Inspiration label. Based in The Netherlands, the 360Inspiration company is a trans-disciplinary trend research platform specialised in up-front innovation for business, industry, government and education. Zuzanna visits more than 25 international most influential professional trade fairs, conferences and network’s meeting a year.

Since 2003, Skalska takes place in the organization of the annual Dutch Design Week Eindhoven as well lecturing at the Technical University Eindhoven (TU/e) department of Industrial Design and she is a visiting fellow at Parsons New School of Design in NYC, USA. Zuzanna is a lecturer at Poland’s leading Design Management program for business at the University SWPS. Together with Li Edelkoort and Piotr Voelkel she is co-founder of the design academy - School of Form in Poznań, Poland.

Skalska is a member of the Dutch Association of Journalists (NVJ), team member of the Dutch Interior Institute (NII), and a team member of Concordia Design. Skalska is a winner of a various design awards (IF Design Awards and Red Dot), member of a jury at various international design awards, speaker, writer, curator, moderator, journalist and a blogger.

In addition, to the numerous inspirational lecture’s, trends workshops and masterclasses on
innovation she gives, Zuzanna is also often invited to deliver keynote addresses all over the
