Meeting with the authors of “KOMEDA – A SOUNDTRACK FOR A LIFE”
An essay-like film about music and music references the life of Krzysztof Komeda Trzciński, an artist, a doctor, a jazz pianist and a film music composer, the author of world-famous jazz standards and also scores to “Knife in the Water”, “Cul-de-sac” and “Rosemary's Baby” directed by Roman Polański. He used to be the symbol of the artists’ opposition movement in the period of communism in Poland. Krzysztof Komeda died at the age of 38, as a result of a tragic accident in Los Angeles in 1969.
