Chef in Affogato Restaurant in Lodz where he works since 2007. Here he develops his skills through hard work and seeking new culinary inspiration. He participated in many internships and training from the best chefs. Since June 2015 he has been a brand ambassador Callebaut and a guest lecturer at the Chocolate Academy in Lodz. Juror of competitions such as the Trendy Chocolate Chef in Bydgoszcz or Chefs Culinary Cup in Poznan. Representing Poland won the bronze medal at the Marco Polo Cup in Shanghai. His dishes are inspired by cuisine from around the world. In addition, he is also famous for outstanding and sophisticated taste in desserts, cakes and pastries, which creates from scratch. He is a perfectionist - for his dishes always have the same taste and look.
