The winner of the first Polish edition of Top Chef. Originally from Mendoza in Argentina – a place known worldwide for its exquisite Malbec wines. The original menu developed by Martin Gimenez Castro is rooted in South American Modern cuisine – it is a fusion of roots, best quality fish, seafood and meat as well as a mixture of its regional temperament and modern cooking techniques. He describes himself as “a person who always fights to the end, who never surrenders. Cooking is for me not only a passion, but also my job, and this is why I treat it very seriously and professionally”.The founder of his original Salto restaurant based in Warsaw (Poland), which already in the first year after opening was appreciated by international food critics and featured in the Michelin Guide 2015 with two sets of cutlery.
