Chef of the restaurant Jadalnia in Poznan. He has been cooking professionally for fourteen years. Winner of a gold medal in the team competition in Riva del Garda, Italy in 2000. He started his career at the Hotel Mercury. He worked in the Irish hotel restaurants, including Bewley's and had the pleasure to cook for the Prime Ministers of the European Union during the Polish Presidency, as the chef of the restaurant Blow Up Hall 5050. He appreciates seasonal and local products, and makes them predominant in his kitchen, which is also full of the gifts of the forests and fish from the Polish rivers and lakes. For inspiration, he mainly looks towards the tradition, but his dishes do not lack modernity or lightness. The menu that he creates is full of fantastic native flavors.
