Sebastian Krauzowicz

Sebastian Krauzowicz is one of the most talented chefs in Poland, the artist. He gained the experience in prestige 5-star Radisson Hotel in Warsaw and Bryza Hotel in Jurata. After, he came back to his home place in Podhale, he took part in the opening of the luxury restaurant where he was Executive Chef. Sebastian was looking for a new challanges and he decided to start working in Crocus Hotel, where he was responsible for the menu for 5 years. In the meantime, he participated in opening of Masovia Hotel. Presently, he is Executive Chef in Copernicus Torun Hotel where he is responsible for his own restaurant Sfera by Sebastian Krauzowicz. He sublimely connects the polish cuisine with the best trends worldwide. Sebastian is not focused on the fashion trends, he can appreciate the local kitchen. Sebastian was awarded by Culinary Hermes and Gault&Millau 2015/2016 among many, many others.
